OPERATION OF WIRELESS MICROPHONES IN THE 700 MHz BAND IS PROHIBITED AFTER JUNE 12, 2010
Under a new FCC rule, anyone who uses a wireless microphone (or similar device) that operates in the 700 MHz Band will have to stop operating their wireless microphone (or similar device) no later than June 12, 2010.
M.C. Fish Entertainment, Inc. is, currently and will continue to be, in full compliance with the new FCC rule which went into full effect on June 12, 2010. M.C. Fish Entertainment, Inc. utilizes both wireless transmitters and receivers for microphone, speaker and dmx lighting usage. All of our wireless equipment falls outside the parameters of the "700 MHz band" set forth by the FCC.
